Can documents be sent by e-mail for an online quote?
Indeed. Go to our contact us page and from there you will have the email or the online form for submission.

Is there a limit on the size of files that can be sent by e-mail?
In theory there is no limit. However, if the size of the document(s) is bigger than the capacity of a CD and cannot be compressed, please contact us.

Which file formats can be sent to your company?
Almost all types are supported such as Word files, files created by most desktop-publishing programs, files created by presentation programs, CAD files, database files, text files, spreadsheet programs and so on.

What is precisely a PM? Does anyone has the right a one?
 

Indeed. A project Manager is someone (from our company) that it will be available for you 24/7 to note your questions and demands. No need to deal with 2 or 3 translators. After talking with the PM, he/she will address our translators personally and inform them of your demands. It is almost if you were present here. Any project (small or not) will be entitle to a PM.

Great I have a Project Manager only for me. How can I contact him?

After ExpTrans and you discuss all the major points for the project you will be given the email address to which you can send any email at any hour and his personal Messenger. If you have MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger you can chat with your PM and give him/her your suggestions at any time.

Are my documents translated only by natives?
 

ExpTrans works only with natives. Being so, you can be sure that your documents will be translated by a native assuring all quality. Moreover, all of our translators have more than 3 years experience.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by Paypal or credit card. For customers in Europe, there is the Direct wire transfer option. However please notice that this form of payment includes fees depending on banks. First time customers are required to pay 50% of the total cost of the work upfront.
